I can’t say enough about how Terry and Quick House Buyer, Inc was able to help me out of a potentially very bad situation with his home-buying company. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone who needs to sell their home quickly.

Please, let me explain my situation. I am a professional in the energy industry, and my wife is a schoolteacher of eight years.

Recently, my wife became medically unable to work.  Without both of our regular full-time incomes supporting our household - our financial situation became very bleak, very quickly. With adding the expense of two small children in our household, just paying for the essentials of life became too cumbersome for me to handle by myself. 

All of my bills soon became delinquent – including my mortgage. To make matters worse, we were facing bank foreclosure.

We had two options – File for bankruptcy or Sell our home quickly.

Obviously, we did not want to file for bankruptcy because not only would it permanently ruin our credit, it would also ruin any chance for us to buy another home in the future.

          He offered to meet with me the very next evening in my home, and further explain to my wife and myself about his business in greater detail. I agreed to meet with him.

          When we met with Terry the next evening, he appeared to be very sensitive and understanding to our situation. He said he would act very quickly to buy our home using his unique method. My wife and I made a deal with Terry, and agreed to do business with him that very night.

          Within 8 days, Terry did everything he said he would do. He bought our home, and the very next day our home was taken out of pre-foreclosure. What a relief!

Terry even paid us enough money at closing to get established in a new, more affordable home.

It has been about one month since my wife and I sold our home to Terry. Since that time, we have met with a financial planner, and now we are on a new financial plan to eliminate our debt, and within a couple of years we might even be able to purchase another home again.

I don’t like to think about what would have happened if I had never called Terry Wygal. Unfortunately, some people choose not to do anything before it is too late. I am so glad that I did not ignore his sign that day.

All I know is, sometimes life throws a curve ball. Terry Wygal caught my curve ball, and together we made a home run.

          Like I said at the beginning if this letter, I would recommend Terry Wygal and his house-buying company to anyone who needs to sell their home as quickly as possible.
